Happy Birthday!

My Dear,

Today’s date is unique for us. However, it is not the Labour Day that we are celebrating. It is our second birthday! This morning I have already raised a toast to my Fan Club.

I am really happy I have such dedicated Fans. I hope we shall always form a unique unity together and I promise to make my total commitment. It is thanks to my Fans and for Them that I manage to keep things going. Let’s make our official Fan Club develop year in, year out.

You are fantastic, Ewela! Please stay with us as long as You can! I will toast another glass of wine to Your health. And once we are in Gdańsk, we shall drink this delicious beer together aqgain!:-)

I embrace You with all my heart.

Forever Yours, Ania

P.S. I’m sorry this text hasn’t appeared earlier. I had technical problems with my computer all day yesterday. As a matter of fact, it simply refused to function properly.

Our warm-up

On the other hand, our latest concerts were much more than the warn-up events. Both the Congress Hall and the Baltic Philharmonic Hall, the most reputable concert venues, were filled up, the stage fright was huge but motivating. And this is why I am all the more grateful to my Fan Club for such their great support. It was even my guest appearance I made in Kielce that attracted most of You. I was so moved and surprised!

I was really happy to be able to perform my premiere composition entitled "Z miłości"(All For Love) in Sala Kongresowa (The Congress Hall), one of the most reputable concert venues. It was during that concert that I introduced Pola to You, our greatest joy and happiness. Your reaction to her pictures appearing on the screen was so emotional that tears began to well up in my eyes. Pola is the fruit of true love so the song has been dedicated to her.

The concert in Gdańsk was also unique. I would like to express my gratitude to my guests, Piotrek Cugowski and Andrzej Krzywy. Those two artists, who differ so much from each other, added some brilliant new colours to my concert. Andrzej is an outgoing "veteran" whereas Piotr is a brilliant vocalist with a shrilling voice. The song called "Losing my religion", which I performed with Him could have lasted forever and nobody would have got bored. This year, Piotr, together with the band Bracia, will give a performance in the premiere song contest as part of Festiwal of Polish Song in Opole. The composition entitled "Nad przepaścią" (Over the Precipice) really deserves Your support so please do not hesitate to vote for it. Let’s cast our votes and keep our fingers crossed for them.

Great thanks to my fantastic team. You are brilliant! You are the best! It is thanks to You that my emotions are at their height. I am so happy I can share the moments spent on stage with such charming people and such great musicians. I am really glad that Sławek Berny, who plays drums, the instruments called ‘noise makers’ and is second to none in Poland, has decided to join us.The list of artists he has concerted with includes such names as Marek Grechuta, Nigel Kennedy and Grzegorz Turnau but it is so long and imposing that it is hardly possible to mention everyone here. I am grateful to Sławek for accepting my invitation to take part in each of our concerts and "interfere it" with his charming sounds.

As You can see, I haven’t managed to be brief....

After a long break (at least, from my own perspective), I have found all our meetings full of magic.Apart from the large amounts of adrenaline, they have provided me with everything that I need but I find it hard to describe.

Thank You once again. Now it’s time for me to start preparations for the outdoor events. It is already the 16th season in my music career. Finally, I’d like to tell You that year in, year out I absorb the audience’s energy and, consequently, I am able to transfer it. This is thanks to You and the unique people I have been working with.

Soon I am going to tell You a few words about my latest album... Meanwhile, let me embrace you before going to bed. Good night,

Yours,

Ania

Pola's Birthday

And one more thing. Yesterday, Pola hit the age of two months! There was no birthday party because she was too tired after her first tour which took place last weekend:-)

Right before falling asleep...

I wonder why I haven’t gone to bed yet; I’m flying to Gdańsk at 6.30 a.m. tomorrow and I have to be at the airport before 5.50, but even though it is already after midnight, I keep listening to the new songs I have recorded in the studio lately, watching something, reading and packing my things for tomorrow. And I’m texting You:-) I’m likely to lose my consciousness tomorrow. I hope I’ll manage to have a few hours of sleep in my hotel before the concert. As a matter of fact, I haven’t cooled down after our brilliant meeting, held in the completely filled Sala Kongresowa (The Congress Hall) in Warsaw, the event that provided me with strength and energy that I need for the several months of hard work. But this is not what I wanted to tell You about. I promise to text you a few words about the concerts after the one that is held in Gdańsk tomorrow.I know the Philharmonic Hall will also be completely filled with people experiencing great emotions. (My God; what a great feeling!:-)) Tonight, just before going to bed, I’d like to tell You about a book that has really absorbed me lately. The book entitled "Być jak ADELE" is a fantastic tale of Cinderella who becomes Queen thanks to her unique talent, strong determination, a stroke of luck and consistent pursuit and realization of her aim. Consequently, she achieves something that she has never dared to think about; shy conquers the world. The book covers a fantastic wealth of knowledge about one of the finest and most outstanding albums that have appeared in the world over the recent years. The book really inspires me and gives me the boost that I need.I highly recommend it. It is worth reading not only in bed...
...this is where I’m just running to:-)
See You tomorrow!

The Congress Hall

Dear Fans! Yesterday, I was informed that the tickets for our concert in the Congress Hall in Warsaw are sold out. There are no tickets left even for those we have wanted to invite. I can hardly express how happy I am but I must also admit I have some stage fright because I’m aware of my great responsibility.I am so happy You’ll be with me and I’ve already prepared a few surprise items specially for You! I’ve just begun rehearsals. The amount of stress isn’t smaller; we have invited so many guests and friends! Pola is with us as well. Of course, she won’t participate in the concert because her ears might not tolerate such levels of noise:-) See You in the Congress Hall! I can’t wait to meet You! Hugs and Kisses,
Ania
